During my recent stay in Southgate, my family and I found a seamless blend of traditional hospitality and modern conveniences. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver, and the complimentary Wi-Fi kept us connected. The staff's friendliness added a personal touch to our stay. While we didn't indulge in breakfast, the quiet ambiance was a welcome respite. The large double queen room perfectly accommodated our family, offering a rare opportunity for us to stay together comfortably. I appreciated the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff, who were prompt and courteous. However, there was a hiccup with the reward points system that left me slightly dismayed. Our visit was a harmonious mix of practicality and comfort.
